According to Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, the secretary of state at the Ministry of Climate Ireneusz Zyska will be appointed as Government Plenipotentiary for renewable energy sources.
January 27 this year the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 20 January 2020 on the appointment of a Government Plenipotentiary for Renewable Energy Sources was published in the Journal of Laws (link).
The ordinance entered into force today, January 28 this year.
According to media reports, there will be an official nomination in the near future.
