The website of the Government Legislation Center has published an updated draft act amending the Energy Law and certain other acts, introducing changes in the areas of, among others:
- allocation of transmission capacity and management of transmission congestion, including general voting rules on decisions concerning applications prepared by designated operators of the electricity market;
- recuperation of electricity returned to the overhead contact line as a result of vehicle braking and receipt of electricity by the charging point from the electric vehicle;
- obligation of the storage system operator to develop instructions for the operation and operation of the storage facility;
- legal basis for the operation of closed distribution systems;
- comprehensive solutions for the operation and development of electricity storage.
The draft was adopted by circulation by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers on September 18, 2020.
