On March 14, 2023, the President signed the Act of March 9, 2023 amending the Act on investments in wind farms and certain other acts. Currently, the Act is on the list of acts pending publication.
According to the information published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre, the latest date of publication in the Journal of Laws is March 24 this year.
The Act shall enter into force after 30 days from the date of publication, with the exception of art. 1 point 10 in the scope of art. 6g (social participation), which enters into force on July 2, 2024.
