The legislative process of the draft amendment to the act on investments in wind farms should be completed in the second quarter of 2022, said Andrzej Kaźmierski, Deputy Director of the Low-Emission Economy Department at the Ministry of Development and Technology.
In addition, Director Kaźmierski announced that Artur Soboń, deputy secretary of state, who previously dealt with the process of amending the act on investments in wind farms, is to appear in the Ministry of Development and Technology in the current or next week.
