When creating such a zone, the commune will have to adopt a plan for the development of public transport in its area and the creation of parking spaces for vehicles subject to restrictions.

The draft also introduces a definition of car sharing and incentives for operators in the form of an exemption from parking fees and the possibility of using bus lanes. Cars from carsharing, as well as electric and hydrogen cars, will be able to drive on bus lanes until the end of 2025.
