The Ministry of Energy has started the process of social consultations and inter-ministerial arrangements of the draft regulation of the Minister of Energy on detailed conditions for granting accreditation to organisers of training in the field of renewable energy installations and training and exams for persons applying for the issue or renewal of the certificate.

The draft Regulation will replace the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 9 May 2017 on detailed conditions for granting accreditation to organisers of trainings in the field of renewable energy installations and trainings and exams for persons applying for the issuance or renewal of a certificate.

The provisions of the proposed regulation lay down specific issues concerning the certification of micro, small or renewable energy installers with a total installed thermal input of 600 kW or less and the accreditation of training providers on the installation of renewable energy sources such as biomass boilers and stoves, photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems, heat pumps and shallow geothermal systems.

The comments on the draft Regulation will be adopted by the Ministry of Energy until 13 May 2019.
