The French will build more wind farms in Poland

Erbud informed about contracts for the construction of wind farms that are developing companies belonging to the French EDF group. These will be the next wind farms that EDF will build in our country. The last wind farms have been launched in the green certificate system. Erbud in a consortium with its subsidiary PBDI will be the general contractor for three wind farms that are building companies in our country owned by EDF Renouvelables S.A.

According to information provided by Erbud, the first contract was concluded with a special purpose vehicle Wiatropol Ustka Sp. z o.o. and concerns the construction of the Ustka wind farm. The value of this contract is PLN 26.97 million net. The second contract concerns the construction of the Górzyca wind farm and was concluded with the company Starke Wind Górzyca Sp. z o.o. The contract value is PLN 26.83 million net. The party to the third contract is Wiatropol Parnowo Sp. z o.o. and it includes the construction of the Parnowo wind farm.

The total value of all contracts is PLN 68.74 million net, and the implementation deadline is the end of July 2021. Delivery of all wind farms is expected to start in the third quarter of this year, and construction of all is expected to be completed in 2020.
